*PSP002 – WALGA has approved the use of AS 4122-2010 General Conditions of Contract for Consultants as an alternative model for Member Contracting where mutually agreeable by the Member and the Contractor. The obligation to ensure that this documentation is licensed for use and that the annexures are completed is incumbent on the Member.
**PSP004 - WALGA has prequalified Master Lease and Rental Agreement documentation for operating and finance lease arrangements as the Member Contract conditions for select suppliers in this category area. Where prequalified this documentation can be viewed on the suppliers eQuotes profile.
