Repeal of Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021

The State Government has announced its decision to repeal the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 and restore the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act of 1972, with amendments. No timeframe for the repeal has been provided.
