WALGA Governance

WALGA Governance

The structure of WALGA is designed to ensure we remain representative of our Members. The structure also enables us to work efficiently and effectively in meeting our goals.

Our operational structure is comprised of a number of internal business units who undertake either policy and advocacy work on behalf of the Local Government sector or offer services to assist Local Governments to perform their duties.

Governance Structure

WALGA State Council is the decision making representative body of all Member Local Governments, and is responsible for sector-wide policy making and strategic planning.

Zones
