RoadWise Recognised Awards 2026

During the WALGA Local Government Awards night on Friday, 12 June, 75 RoadWise Councils were acknowledged with a 2026 Ribbon status in recognition of their commitment to working towards better practice road safety.

The Ribbon status reflects how holistically road safety actions, recorded as part of the RoadWise Recognised initiative, are applied across the organisation. While every road safety activity matters, a systematic approach that involves all areas of influence supports the delivery of improved and more sustainable road safety outcomes.
