WALGA invites you to take part in the 2026 Exhibition from Wednesday 16 to Friday 18 September. Exhibitor registration is now open, with booths allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Planning your exhibition presence at LGC26? Here you’ll find everything you need to know – from booth options and pricing to key dates, logistics and how to make the most of your experience.

The event will be held from 16 - 18 September 2026 at Pavillion 1, Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC), Mounts Bay Road, Perth 6000.

Exhibitors can choose from:
  • Standard booths (3m x 2m)
  • Combined booths (6m x 2m)
  • Space sites (custom sizes for large displays)

  • Three (3) full three day exhibitor passes
  • Carpet flooring
  • Custom fascia panel (300mm high) with up to 30 characters, white background
  • Velcro compatible display walls (2400mm high)
  • 2 x 150w spotlights mounted inside fascia
  • 1 x 4 amp power outlet (additional power available for purchase)
  • Standard Wi Fi access
  • Standard furniture package – choose one:
    • 1 x bar table and 2 x bar stools OR
    • 1 x trestle table and 2 x chairs

A space site is a custom exhibition area designed for larger items such as vehicles, machinery, or bespoke installations. It does not include a booth shell.

  • Standard booth: $4,450 (ex. GST)
  • Combined "Double" booth: $8,500 (ex. GST)
  • Space sites: Price on application

  • Standard booths: 16 September 2026, 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Space sites: 15 September 2026, 1:00pm - 5:00pm

  • Opens: 16 September 2026 from 5:00pm
  • Closes: 18 September 2026 at 3:00pm

  • 18 September 2026 from 3:30pm
  • Space sites will receive priority vehicle access.

Each booth or space site includes three full 3-day exhibitor passes.

Yes, additional passes are available to accommodate staff rostering requirements. Options include:
  • Full Three-Day Exhibitor Pass: $310 (ex. GST)
    • Includes canapes and beverages at the convention welcome drinks event on 16 September.
    • Includes morning tea, lunch and refreshments 17-18 September.
  • Two Day Exhibitor Pass: $210 (ex. GST)
    • Includes morning tea, lunch and refreshments 17-18 September.
  • One Day Exhibitor Pass: $105 (ex. GST)
    • Includes morning tea, lunch and refreshments 17 OR 18 September.
  • Half Day Exhibitor Pass: $55 (ex. GST)
    • Includes morning tea, lunch and refreshments 17 OR 18 September.

No, passes are issued to named individuals and are non transferable.
