Yurra operates from bases in Karratha and Port Hedland and Broome, and is a majority Indigenous owned contracting business focusing on delivering quality works and community development outcomes that benefit regional communities. We have put together teams of locally-based, skilled and experienced project managers, designers, construction and grounds maintenance personnel to deliver landscape projects throughout the North West.
We have a comprehensive understanding of the challenging environments of the Pilbara and Kimberley regions and are often engaged early in a project cycle to provide design feedback and budget input to ensure quality and “bang for your buck” are always delivered in our projects.
Yurra are AS/NZS 4801 and ISO 9001 certified and have also secured ISO 14001 certification for business-wide operations. Through the establishment of our Take Pride community program we have also changed the way our public landscape projects are delivered - by engaging with the community throughout all phases of our work, Yurra delivers a level of pride and ownership that is setting a new standard in the industry.
