Our dedicated WA Account Manager- Krysta Marsden of Banksia Talent is a specialist recruitment partner delivering temporary and permanent staffing solutions to local government, underpinned by over 15 years’ experience across HR and recruitment, including 10 years in agency environments and over five years focused specifically on council recruitment in Western Australia.
Banksia brings proven experience operating within government procurement frameworks, giving us a strong understanding of governance, compliance, and council workforce requirements.
