Founded in Perth, Western Australia in 2011, Western Environmental Pty Ltd (WEPL) employ a range of personnel skilled in different areas of environmental and sustainability consulting across three offices located in Perth, Bunbury and Melbourne. Our services range from strategic environmental planning, environmental assessment and management including impact assessment and approvals advice, environmental audit and reporting, and local biodiversity strategy preparation. Along with expertise in contaminated sites, hazardous materials, acid sulfate soils and groundwater contamination assessment, remediation and management.

WEPL have considerable experience working on projects and initiatives relevant to Western Australian Local Governments with respect to environmental and sustainability factors. This experience ranges from expert support to progress project approval and delivery to the research, development, and implementation of policies relevant to planning and development, local biodiversity strategies, environmental management plans, sustainability strategies and initiatives, climate change mitigation and adaptation plans, and acting as an Expert Witness at the State Appeals Tribunal on behalf of Local Government and private clients.
