SW19 Pty Ltd are an independent firm of Chartered Building Surveyors established in 2006 that specialise in all areas of building consultancy. We undertake a full range of management, consultancy, and surveying services Australia-wide for clients in all sectors, including Asset Management, Building Condition Surveys, Asbestos Inspections, Technical Due Diligence, 10 Year Maintenance Plans.

The services are provided in-house, ensuring quality outputs for all clients. Our surveyors are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (www.rics.org), providing clients with the assurance that their project will be delivered by qualified, professional surveyors working to a strict code of professional ethics. Furthermore, we have a Licensed Asbestos Assessor, and a Registered Building Practitioner (BP106229).

SW19 provide a holistic service, from initial briefing and contract formation, through site inspection, analysis of data, planning, procurement, and management of works, as well as handover and transition to operations across all built form projects. We place an emphasis on ensuring that each project or inspection is tailored to the client’s needs and actively involve the client throughout to ensure they retain ownership of the project.

We lead the industry in the methodology and functionality of our reporting formats, using electronic structured data collection and cost forecasting.
