Steps Co is a management consulting and independent facilitation company specialising in strategic planning, people and organisational development, and change management. We help people who want to improve how they experience and interact with the world around them, and leaders who wish to encourage others to change their perceptions, behaviours and experiences. This might involve strategizing to meet a vision and planning for how to achieve it. It could be about optimising the opportunities for people to grow and collaborate. It may be about designing change or marketing campaigns that can bring about desired shifts in attitudes, mindsets and behaviours. It might involve managing risk and optimizing opportunities to succeed. Whether optimising a business model, driving a change initiative, improving team performance, or facilitating personal development, our approach is always agile, collaborative, people-focused, and driven by a genuine desire to improve future experiences.
We provide consulting services in a broad range of disciplines, but particularly: Strategic and Business Planning, Change Management / Organisational Development, Business Analysis, Leadership Development, Risk Management, and other management consulting services (e.g., human resources management; operational effectiveness; benefits definition and management;, strategic communication; stakeholder engagement and engagement planning; people, culture, and team development; learning and development design and management; knowledge management)
We also provide independent facilitation and community engagement services. We have designed, managed, delivered, and reported the “so what” outcomes of hundreds of group interactions, from the small and technically bespoke to the large and complex, across a variety of domains and audiences. In addition to delivering specific interactions, we are experienced in designing engagement approaches, methodologies, and frameworks for stakeholder engagement.
