Rural Infrastructure Services is led by Managing Director Allister Butcher, who brings 18 years of local government experience across the Wheatbelt, South West and Gascoyne regions. Since establishing Rural Infrastructure Services in 2021, Allister has supported numerous local governments with practical, informed assistance across roads, parks and gardens, ovals, buildings, subdivisions, budgeting, asset management, vegetation management, development application assessments, structure plans, staff management and broader operational needs. He has extensive experience managing and delivering projects ranging from minor works through to projects exceeding $10 million. Allister is passionate about sharing the knowledge he has gained through training, hands-on experience and collaboration with industry peers, and is committed to providing clear, reliable and approachable support to local government clients.
