PRP Perth is a 100% Western Australian owned property valuation and consultancy firm, which was established and joined the larger PRP Group in early 2016.

 

We have since expanded our regional coverage with affiliated offices opening in Broome (servicing Pilbara and Kimberley) and Geraldton (servicing the Midwest).

 

Since inception, PRP have worked with several Local Government Authorities and understand Local Government mandated requirements to obtain licensed valuations for various purposes. These include but are not limited to:

 

•    Fair Value for Financial Reporting - Land and Buildings, Infrastructure, Roads, Park, and Plant & Equipment
•    Acquisition of real estate assets
•    Disposal of real estate assets
•    Compensation assessments where real estate is compulsory acquired
•    Compensation assessments under the Land Administration Act (LAA)

 

PRP have specialised capabilities in conducting valuations for Fair Value reporting. All valuations are completed in accordance with the Australian Accounting Standards Board – Standard No. 116 (AASB116), Property, Plant and Equipment, together with the Australian Accounting Standards Board – Standard 13 (AASB13) Fair Value Measurement.
