At Nudge, we help people entering the workforce build sustainable careers, while supporting employers to attract, onboard, develop and retain new talent.

For more than 20 years, Nudge has worked with local governments and organisations across Western Australia to create employment pathways for apprentices, trainees, graduates and other new workforce entrants. Our personalised approach combines recruitment, mentoring, workforce development and supervisor capability-building to support both the individual and the workplace.

Nudge has extensive experience delivering employment outcomes across local government through:

• Sourcing and selecting candidates who align with the role, workplace and organisation
• Providing structured mentoring and pastoral support to apprentices, trainees, graduates and new employees
• Designing tailored employment, traineeship and workforce development programs
• Supporting Aboriginal and other underrepresented candidates to enter and remain in sustainable employment
• Delivering practical workshops and training that equip supervisors to confidently onboard, mentor and develop new talent
