MODUS provides BCA reports, Energy assessments and certifies Design Compliance to ensure a swift Building Permit application process. Notwithstanding the benefits of providing certified applications to the Permit Authority, MODUS can assist with submissions and negotiations to leverage on long standing relationships with Permit Authority staff, removing responsibility from our clients.
MODUS conduct inspections during the construction phase to identify areas of non-compliance or departure from approved plans prior to the issue of Certificate of Construction Compliance or retrospectively, Certification of Building Compliance.
