K B Riley and Sons Pty Ltd trading as Lancelin Sands is a family owned and operated transport and earthmoving company established in 1981. The head office is situated in Lancelin, Western Australia. It provides services throughout Western Australia.

Lancelin Sands have expertise in a diverse range of works including transport services, house and shed pad construction, crushed limestone and asphalt driveways, excavation works, septic tank installation and machinery hire for mining companies, private customers, State Government Agencies and Local Authorities.
