Krisis Consultancy was established to enhance emergency management (EM) capability within organisations, including those in Western Australian local government (LG) areas. Recognising a requirement for tailored and results-oriented consultancy services, the organisation applies over 35 years of operational experience across local, state, and national agencies, supported by ongoing academic learning and commitment to professional standards.

 

Krisis Consultancy provides services aimed at developing local EM capability and resilience for various types of organisations, inclusive of LGs. These services include acting as LEMC Executive Officer to support LEMCs, within peer review, auditing, and revision of Local Emergency Management Arrangements for LG, and in assessment and development of organisational EM documents such as plans and procedures, inclusive of those for LG administered airports. Additionally, Krisis Consultancy offers exercising to test EM plans and procedures, with specialised expertise available in Aerodrome Emergency Plans.
