Ingenua acts as a business mentor for a number of Aboriginal businesses assisting owners in launching their business or diversifying into new areas. At Ingenua we have developed a successful concept to mentor and guide businesses under the "Aboriginal Business Development Framework". The Framework contains key elements of understanding to be developed for operating a business. The Framework is split into three business categories and maturity levels - Supplier, Service Provider or Contractor. The Framework was first introduced in 2019 and successfully developed 6 businesses with each business being in the program for up to 18 months. The success include Aboriginal businesses entering into e.g. traffic management, plant hire and civil construction. We are extremely proud of this achievement and our success is measured through the success of the Aboriginal business.
