Infrastructure Focus is a new (2024) asset management consultancy. It is focused on providing affordable technical expertise to small and remote Western Australian Local Governments. The Principal, Graham Lantzke, is a qualified engineer and Certified Asset Management Assessor (ISO 55001). He has a 30+ year history of working for Local Government, as an employee and consultant.

 

Small Country Local Government in Western Australia is in the difficult position of having to meet complex technical requirements with limited funds. Finding affordable professional help is difficult and expensive. Infrastructure Focus will provide back room technical support to those Local Governments, freeing the staff to focus on more demanding tasks. As a small organization Infrastructure Focus is affordable, available, and flexible to need.
