Hidrive has been designing, manufacturing and installing Australian-made service bodies since 1993. Originally known as Bosston Auto Bodies, Hidrive began its life as a WA-based business servicing the mining industry. Today Hidrive has grown significantly, employing over 300 staff at our production workshops and installation facilities in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide and Goulburn.

Our national footprint and locally based manufacturing capability enables us to provide certainty to our customers at every step of the supply chain and deliver high quality, tailored products, on time, every time.

Hidrive is Australia’s only manufacturer of service bodies for utes, trailers and trucks with a company-owned national installation network. We build fit-for-purpose aluminium canopies for trades and industry, and we are certified for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Safety Management).

Hidrive is vertically integrated, offering over 190 modular and electrical accessories to turn your service body into a truly mobile workspace. These range from shelving, benches, roof storage and drawers to towbars, inverters, lighting and much more.

Built like an aircraft fuselage, our light and durable aluminum canopies are engineered to maximise payload and stability, improve fuel efficiency, and be resistant to corrosion, UV damage and vibration.
