Green Shoots helps people thrive at work by blending unique capabilities in workplace investigations, human resources and workplace rehabilitation.

We specialise in trauma-informed workplace investigations, investigating employee misconduct and whistleblower complaints. We have specialist expertise in investigating complex and sensitive complaints of sexual harassment, discrimination or bullying. We conduct investigations with care and compassion, working alongside Human Resources teams to create a safe and supportive environment for investigation participants. Upon request we can diagnose contributing organisational factors, whilst providing recommendations for organisations in relation to the path forward. Our final investigation reports include findings of fact, breaches of policy, organisational learnings, and recommendations.
