Goal Indigenous Services (GOAL IS) is a majority owned Indigenous business offering a range of employment opportunities for Indigenous people and employment services catering to client needs. 

GOAL is a joint venture between former AFL footballer Xavier Clarke and CoreStaff, a subsidiary of CGH Group.

Established in 2016 we have grown from one start-up branch in the Northern Territory to representation in nearly every state of Australia.

GOAL IS recognises that the rate of Indigenous unemployment is unacceptable and is a major contributor to the other areas of social disadvantage and dysfunction within Indigenous communities.

A co-ordinated approach is needed to facilitate quality training and work ready candidates for sustainable employment.

We offer mentoring and on-going support for Indigenous job seekers to help gain employment and continue to offer support to both the Employer and Employee by coordinating pathway plans to further upskill the employee.
