In operation since 2006, Geografia is an Australian-based firm specialising in economic, demographic, and spatial analysis. We combine advanced data analytics with deep industry knowledge to solve complex urban and regional economic and spatial challenges. Our multidisciplinary team –comprising economists, planners, geographers, data scientists, and geospatial analysts – provides tailored insights to inform decision-making, whether for immediate action or longer-term strategic planning.

Geografia has delivered hundreds of projects around Australia, including Western Australia. In 2017, the team began designing and building data analytics applications to empower other entities, including local governments. Our two work streams – bank transaction and mobility data – now complement one another, with our consulting work supported through exclusive access to some of Australia’s most extensive and most detailed local economic databases.
