Elevate Management and Workplace Solutions (ELEVATE) is a Western Australian consultancy established in 2024, providing specialist organisational and workforce management services to councils, boards, and executive leadership teams.

Clients work directly with the owner and lead consultant of ELEVATE, David Price, ensuring senior-level, hands-on support on every engagement. Drawing on more than 25 years of Chief Executive Officer experience, David is a highly experienced senior manager with a strong background in governance, organisational management, and the implementation of growth strategies, underpinned by a collaborative “one team” approach. He has a particular interest in supporting local governments, not-for-profit organisations, professional services, and small to medium-sized businesses.

ELEVATE works through consultation, collaboration, and cooperation, delivering practical and tailored solutions that respond to immediate operational needs while also supporting longer-term organisational objectives.
