Clients work directly with the owner and lead consultant of ELEVATE, David Price, ensuring senior-level, hands-on support on every engagement. Drawing on more than 25 years of Chief Executive Officer experience, David is a highly experienced senior manager with a strong background in governance, organisational management, and the implementation of growth strategies, underpinned by a collaborative “one team” approach. He has a particular interest in supporting local governments, not-for-profit organisations, professional services, and small to medium-sized businesses.
ELEVATE works through consultation, collaboration, and cooperation, delivering practical and tailored solutions that respond to immediate operational needs while also supporting longer-term organisational objectives.
