ECU Survey Research Centre

The Survey Research Centre was established in 2008 at Edith Cowan University. We have the expertise to assist in various aspects of market and social research. We have the capabilities to collect data using computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI), online surveys, computer assisted personal interviewing (CAPI), and face-to-face interviewing. The Survey Research Centre is accredited by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 20252:2019 Market, Opinion and Social Research) and is a Corporate Partner of The Research Society. As a University based research centre, the Survey Research Centre is afforded research credibility in conducting surveys with the general public, which enhances the ability to achieve high response rates. The University has significant physical and electronic security to ensure data security. The Survey Research Centre has access to all the resources that a large University organisation offers, and provides certainty of organisational sustainability necessary for long-term projects.
