DX Business Innovation (DXBI) is a Western Australian–owned and operated technology and IT services provider supporting businesses and organisations across ICT, print, document management and cybersecurity.

As a WALGA preferred supplier, DXBI delivers services across managed ICT services, cyber security, printers and copiers, bulk archive scanning and digitisation, paper and specialty media, and associated IT and office solutions — enabling councils to engage a single, trusted partner across multiple categories without the need for a formal tender.

DXBI is managed by an experienced leadership team with more than three decades in the office equipment, print and managed services industry, including operating regional branches throughout Western Australia and holding senior roles with Fujifilm Business Innovation.

Based in Canning Vale, DXBI employs a team of 17 experienced professionals and operates a fully stocked warehouse and dedicated service and support centre, providing responsive, local support to metropolitan and regional clients.
