Directions

Directions Workforce Solutions is a Western Australian registered charity established in 1988, with more than 37 years of experience connecting people to meaningful work and training opportunities.

We deliver practical workforce solutions across two core service areas: Group Training Organisation (GTO) services for apprentices and trainees, and labour hire. These can be engaged as integrated end-to-end solutions or as standalone modules, including recruitment, mentoring, pastoral care, ongoing support, workforce development, supported employment programs, and workforce planning.

Working alongside employers, schools, community organisations, and government, Directions builds tailored pathways into employment, training, and further study. Our work is grounded in a commitment to inclusion, Indigenous employment, and lasting social impact.

As a charity, the revenue we generate is reinvested directly into community programs and initiatives across Western Australia — meaning every engagement with Directions supports something bigger. We actively leverage our charitable status to subsidise employment opportunities for disadvantaged Australians.

Our current focus is the delivery of apprenticeships, traineeships, labour hire, and diversity engagement programs, helping employers build capable, diverse workforces while creating real opportunity for people who need it most.
