Damage Control Project Management (DCPM) is a specialised project management consultancy.  We support councils across Australia via the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA), to PREPARE for, RESPOND to, and RECOVER from natural disasters.

 

Our specialist team of engineers, project managers, and surveillance officers provide expert, on-demand services to Councils across the east coast.  We offer an end-to-end service, from pre-disaster evidence capture & surveys to construction coordination and acquittal. Our specialised data-capture equipment enables us to capture and process photographic evidence of Councils network at up to 100kph, paired with proprietary software systems for sorting, sizing, stamping, and assessing captured evidence.
