Cygnet Workplace Investigations undertakes evidence-based and procedurally-fair workplace investigations. We specialise in investigations into claims of bullying, sexual harassment, psychosocial hazards, and general misconduct.  We also offer fact-finding investigations in respect to claims of unhealthy workplace cultures.  We identify the root causes of behavioural issues, and provide advice and recommendations on steps clients may take to remedy those issues.
