Founded in 2021 on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja, Connect Site Services is a majority Aboriginal owned labour hire company focused on creating meaningful employment and training opportunities in civil and construction. 

 

Our core offering is reliable, skilled labour hire, including FIFO, DIDO, and metro placements. Tailored to the needs of both clients and communities. To support our workforce and meet client demands, through partnership with Connect Group, we operate as both a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and a Group Training Organisation (GTO), offering nationally recognised training, site ready tickets, and hosted apprenticeships. 

 

We invest additional time and mentoring into every placement, ensuring individuals are job ready and supported. With a strong focus on diversity, we actively upskill and train Aboriginal people, women, and underrepresented groups helping them take the next step in civil and construction. 

 

From labour hire to long-term workforce development, Connect Site Services delivers flexible, community led solutions that benefit people and projects alike.
