Chord Advisory is a boutique legal practice with significant global firm experience.

Chord Advisory was established by two long-standing partners of global firm Herbert Smith Freehills, and was borne out of a desire to do things differently - to provide clients with top tier technical expertise, with a focus on agility and cost efficiency. 

Chord Advisory is a lead advisor to all levels of Government and has extensive experience advising Local Governments in WA, as well as acting for the private sector. We think this provides us with a unique ability to bring a variety of perspectives when advising Local Government in WA.

We specialise in infrastructure, construction, property and land access, procurement, services outsourcing, technology, data, privacy and intellectual property. We also provide advice on a wide range of general commercial and contract management matters.

We have extensive experience across all stages of project, contract and procurement lifecycles.
