Ten-Year Plans & Asset Reporting
Our condition reports and forward maintenance plans are practical, user-friendly tools that support funding applications and long-term decision-making. Covering 5–20 year periods, they outline maintenance, capital expenditure, and repair priorities, and can be used directly as scopes of work for contractors. We also coordinate specialist inspections including HVAC, fire, electrical, plumbing and pest services, along with targeted problem-solving inspections such as water ingress and roof condition assessments.

Dilapidation & Progress Inspections
BCI WA is a trusted provider of dilapidation reports for both large-scale infrastructure projects and individual residential properties. Our detailed, high-resolution reporting helps minimise disputes before and after construction. We also offer independent progress inspections, providing clear, unbiased insights at every stage.
