AVR Consulting is an established firm of highly talented and experienced valuation professionals. We have extensive expertise in providing specialist asset valuations, risk consulting and transaction advisory services to public sector clients. 

 

Our three directors are registered valuers, surveyors and engineers, with a broad range of expertise across several asset classes. We continue to represent local council and state government clients throughout Australia, valuing land, buildings, transport infrastructure (roads, bridges and culverts), and water & sewer Infrastructure.

 

Primarily we undertake valuations for financial reporting and insurance purposes, but we also provide asset valuations for sale, acquisition and resumption purposes.
