Anaiwan Advisory is a proudly Aboriginal and Veteran owned and led management advisory firm established in 2021. We work with local, state and Commonwealth government organisations to strengthen governance, procurement and project outcomes, particularly in complex, high-risk and high-visibility environments.

Our services span strategic procurement and contract management, probity advisory and assurance, program and project management and ICT and cyber advisory. We support councils and public sector entities through end-to-end procurement processes, major contract negotiations, grants and funding programs, and organisational reviews.
