150Square specialises in services to small rural local governments. We understand the opportunities and challenges organisations face in rural WA because we live and work in the regions. We offer strategic planning, workforce planning, Executive Officer services, community engagement and consultation with a focus on developing the people of rural WA so they can create change in their communities.

150Square was founded on the simple belief that strong rural communities begin with people who have the resources and know-how to effect change. We are there to support these people and to drive the growth and inspire the innovation that helps our communities thrive. The 150Square team includes Caroline Robinson, Darren Mollenoyux and Rebekah Burges. We support local governments and not for profits in the regions with governance, strategy and project development and we work closely with our clients to achieve positive and lasting impact.
