Overview

This course introduces participants to statutory provisions that underpin instruments of delegation and authorisation and key principles that apply when using delegation or authorisation to make decisions in Local Government.

Local Government CEOs, senior managers and officers who are responsible for making, using and managing delegations and authorisations.
