Webinar: Stage 5A of the Public Health Act 2016

The Department of Health is hosting a free information session on Stage 5A of the Public Health Act 2016

WALGA is working with the Department of Health to assist Local Governments to develop their Local Public Health Plans. 

The online presentation will cover:

1. An overview of the changes.

2. Public Health Plans for State and Local Government – what to expect.

3. The introduction of guidelines to replace Environment Health Regulations.

4. How enforcement agencies can now issue improvement notices.
