Water Corporation has commissioned Painted Dog Research, an independent research company, to conduct an annual survey amongst non-residential customers. The aim of the survey is to gain an understanding of how Water Corporation and other utility providers are currently performing and establish how best to support your local government’s needs in the future.
Feedback will assist Water Corporation with identifying the needs and expectations of customers to drive overall product and service improvements and guide the corporation’s strategic direction. The survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete and after completing the survey, your Local Government can choose to be entered in a draw with the chance of winning one of 5 x $100 donations to a charity on your behalf.
Please be assured this research is being conducted within the guidelines of the Australian Marketing and Social Research Society and the Federal Privacy Act. Your responses will be strictly confidential and used for reporting on an aggregate level only.
