The Salaries and Allowances Tribunal (SAT) have invited Local Governments to complete the SAT – 2025 Local Government Survey.
CEOs, Mayors and Presidents should have received an email from SAT containing a unique survey link to complete their Local Government survey.
This survey provides a valuable opportunity to share insights into your local government’s circumstances and, if applicable, request a reclassification or raise other relevant matters for the Tribunal’s consideration.
To assist with preparation, SAT have developed Guidance Notes which are available here.
WALGA is encouraging all Members to complete the survey before Tuesday, 30 September -a high completion rate will assist the SAT’s review of the Local Government Determination.
