Club Night Lights Program funding now open

The Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries’ Club Night Lights Program funding is now open to support Local Governments and community groups to develop sustainable sports floodlighting infrastructure.

Two grants are available for Local Governments:

• The 2024/2025 July Small Grants round for projects up to $500,000. Applications close 4:00 PM on Friday, 30 August 2024
• The 2025/2026 Forward Planning for projects over $500,000. Applications close 4:00 PM on Monday, 30 September 2024

WALGA welcomes this funding announcement and the State Government’s ongoing support for community sport and recreation facilities.

WALGA will continue to advocate for a permanent increase to the Community Sport and Recreation Facilities Fund (CSRFF) to $30 million per annum to meet the State’s growing demand for the provision of quality sporting facilities.
