The 31st National General Assembly of Local Government (NGA) is taking place:
Tuesday, 24 to Friday 27 June 2025
National Convention Centre, Canberra, ACT.
ALGA invites all councils to send representatives to this important national event. The theme for this year's NGA, "National Priorities Need Local Solutions," emphasizes the unique role of councils in addressing national challenges through local action. • Call for motions: 18 December 2024
• Submission deadline: 11:59 PM AEST, Monday 31 March 2025
• Motions must be submitted electronically via the ALGA website at www.alga.asn.au
