Now that the dust has settled on last weeks' Convention, we want to take this opportunity to extend our sincere thanks to the many sponsors, panellists, presenters, suppliers, exhibitors, WALGA employees and all those behind the scenes who made LGC 2025 the roaring success it was.

With so many standout moments from across three action packed days, here's a quick look back (in no particular order) of on a few memorable highlights:
- More than 500 delegates from all corners of WA came together to 'lean into Legacy' and to connect, share, learn and network, showcasing their continued dedication to their communities and the sector.
- Di Darmody as MC extraordinaire once again helped the entire Convention flow seamlessly, making it all look so easy!
- Glenn McGrath AO, international cricketer, philanthropist, and Order of Australian recipient shared his journey to success at the LGC Icons Breakfast. Glenn even made time to sign autographs and take photos with his many fans - a true gentleman.
- Delegates enjoyed the beautiful surrounds of WA Art Museum after hours, revelling in great company, music and food for this year's prestigious LGC Cocktail Gala.
- The closing keynote was none other than former AFL superstar and dual Brownlow Medallist, Adam Goodes, who captured the audience with his heartfelt conversation.
- A surprise visit from WALGA Executive Director Member Services Tony Brown's family, joining him on stage to mark his last ever AGM and his impending departure from WALGA.
- Another 'knock-your-socks off' year for presenters and panellists including none other than:
- The world renowned Dr Richard Hames, futurist and best selling author
- State Leader of the Opposition, Basil Zempilas
- Federal Assistant Minister for Climate Change and Energy and Federal Member for Fremantle Josh Wilson MP
- Rhys Williams MLA, Honourable Lauren Cayoun MLC, David Bolt MLA, Kirrilee Warr MLA
