A remarkable Transport and Roads Forum for 2025!

And thats a wrap for this year's Transport and Roads Forum!

With over 200 people registered for last week’s Forum, held at Frazers Reception Centre in Kings Park, the 2025 event was another resounding success.



This sold out event brought together experts, leaders and change makers from across all facets of Local Government, Transport and Roads for a day of upskilling, education, idea sharing and networking.

Sessions and speaker highlights included:

  • An opening address from Hon Jessica Stojkovski Bachelor Planning Dip Event MLA, Minister for Child Protection; Prevention of Family and Domestic Violence; Minister Assisting the Minister for Transport; Peel
  • An engaging keynote address from Peter Woronzow, Director General, Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure
  • Michael Caltabiano, CEO of National Transport Researcg Organisation (NTRO) shared insights on Technology and Data in Local Government Transport decision-making
  • Paul Durkin, Technical Director of Abley presented on Safer Local Roads: Turning tools in action for Local Governments
  • Thought provoking panel sessions having robust discussions on Current and Future Funding, Road Safety, Sustainability, Active Transport and Asset Management.
