The second Phase of the State Government’s implementation of the 2018 Building Confidence Report has been announced, with a range of additional legislative and regulatory requirements outlined – these proposals have been collectively titled ‘Building Better WA’. The Government has indicated that engagement with industry and Local Governments will commence in early 2024.
