Tourist Attractions
Boddington is home to the recently developed Hotham Park, which features an adventure playground, skate park and pump track overlooking the Hotham River, alongside the Caravan Park. The town is home to the world's longest overland cable -driven conveyor belt and is a significant stopover enroute the Hotham Way and Fawcett Trail tourist drives. Boddington is also an emerging sculpture town, featuring a walking and drive trail.
Local Industries
A relatively young town, Boddington was gazetted in 1912 and today is centred on bauxite and gold mining, sheep and cattle farming, agriculture, as well as timber, pine and bluegum plantatations.
