Welcome to WALGA Learner Portal
The WALGA Learner Portal aims to provide course participants like you with timely access to course materials, especially those enrolled in the Diploma program, virtual classes via Zoom, or eLearning courses.
- Course resources available on the portal may include handouts, PowerPoint notes, and learner guides tailored to the course you've registered for.
- Upon confirmation of your course registration, you will receive an email containing your login details, including a username and password.
- Typically, course resources are accessible on the portal two (2) days prior to the course date.
Note: Occasionally, resources for in-person courses may also be provided through the portal. In such cases, you will receive an email with your login details. However, for in-person courses, printed versions of your learning resources will be provided on the day of your course at the relevant venue.

To access WALGA eLearning or online learner resources:
- Click on Login
- Enter the credentials emailed to you by WALGA Training.
Alternatively, you can enter the URL: https://elearning.walga.asn.au/login into your internet browser.
If you are unable to log in or have forgotten your Username or Password, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Forgotten Password” link.
- Search by either username OR password (this will email you a link to reset your password).
If an email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, please ensure you are using the email address you registered with for your course, and check your junk or spam folder.
If you are experiencing technical difficulties with eLearning, please follow the suggestions below:

Please Note: It is a prerequisite of all WALGA eLearning courses that you have basic technical/computer skills and knowledge. If you are not computer literate or are struggling with this method of learning, please speak to your council's E.A. about alternative option
