The State Government has released the next draft of the State Waste Strategy and the Strategy implementation roadmap for comment.
Comments are due by 16 December 2025 on:
- Beyond WAste 2030 – the modified draft waste strategy which sets out the vision, goals, targets and priorities for the state in relation to waste and recycling.
- Beyond WAste 2030 roadmap – the draft five-year action plan that will underpin the waste strategy.
WALGA will be making a Submission and is hosting a webinar on Tuesday 25 November for Local Government, register here.
