WA is taking an important step toward strengthening its commitment to cultural diversity through the development of a new WA Multicultural Act. This Act aims to provide a legal and policy framework that supports and celebrates multiculturalism, ensuring all people can participate fully and equitably in society.
The Office of Multicultural Interests (OMI) is inviting Local Governments to contribute to this process. By attending this webinar, you’ll gain insights into the rationale behind the proposed Act, its key focus areas, and how it could help create a more inclusive and harmonious WA. You’ll also have the opportunity to provide feedback that will inform the State Government’s approach.
