We are excited to share that WALGA’s Strategic Plan for 2025-2029 was endorsed by State Council in December 2024.
This final document highlights our vision for the coming 5 years - to be the authoritative voice and trusted partner for Western Australian Local Government.
WALGA's values - Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Collaboration and Curiosity (new addition) will underpin all we do, each and every day. This new Strategic Plan outlines our vision, values, and key outcomes aligned to the strategic pillars (Influence, Support, Expertise and Explore) and will enable us to be an agile, future focused organisation and be the drivers in advocating and delivering the best outcomes for our People, Members, Suppliers and Stakeholders, across all facets of Local Governement
