WA Aquatic Recreation Conference and Trade Show

Leisure Institute of Western Australia Aquatics (LIWA) Aquatics will be hosting the WA Aquatic Recreation Conference and Trade show on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 August.

The Leisure Institute of Western Australia (Aquatics) is an incorporated not-for-profit peak body that represents the best interests of the aquatic recreation industry and its members in Western Australia.

The 2024 event focus will be on aging infrastructure, on the back of a recent report from Royal Life Saving Australia which found that in the next 10 years, up to 40 per cent of public aquatic facilities that Local Governments own will need serious refurbishment or outright replacement at a cost of over $8 billion.

This conference provides professional development, and networking opportunities for people working in the aquatic recreation industry.
