A sustainable infrastructure symposium and supplier showcase will be held in Perth on Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 March. The event is hosted by the WA Transport Portfolio in partnership with Infrastructure WA, the Infrastructure Sustainability Council and the Office of Major Transport Project Delivery.
The program on Day 1 will focus on sustainability rating developments, new tools and case studies. Experts from the Infrastructure Sustainability Council and guest speakers from industry will share insights on the big challenges from embodied carbon to net zero and beyond.
Day 2 will feature presentations from manufacturers and distributors, showcasing new products from equipment to materials and tech, with suppliers and service-providers demonstrating how their solutions drive sustainable outcomes.
The day also presents a unique opportunity for those involved in the procurement of products and services to voice their expectations, the challenges and concerns they face and their appetite to offer a pathway to better, more sustainable solutions in the future.
